Like our weekly clockwork, NextPit presents 5 hot app tips for both Android and iOS platforms. This week, we’re introducing three mobile games, an AI image generator, and, just in time for spring, an app that can identify insects via your smartphone’s camera.
I’ve tested all five apps, so I can confirm that there aren’t any lemons here who just want data or bankrupt themselves with in-app purchases. Find the best free apps of the week, full of tools and games for iOS.
Without further ado, here are our top 5 apps of the week for Android and iOS.
Dragon City Mobile (Android & iOS)
Do you still remember Game of Thrones? Well, I don’t want to talk about the finale, but I miss dragons so much. It’s Thomas who suggested the next game. Do you feel the same way? If so, we have a great recommendation for you, the app known as Dragon City Mobile. In Dragon City Mobile you build your own city with different dragons each playing a specific role.
Your mission is to breed dragons and have them compete against other players in the Dragon City Arena. To best prepare for battle, you need to train, feed and improve/upgrade your dragon.

Dragon City Mobile is a great way to kill time with simple control mechanics. Your job is to fulfill the objective of providing vital resources. Plus, you’ll be rewarded daily with rewards for your efforts.
In addition to that, you have the option to use in-app purchases to speed up your progress. Basically, the more you pay, the faster you progress. However, this is not required. Because with a little patience and perseverance, you can reach your goals without sinking into additional investments.

Imagine: AI Art Creator (Android & iOS).
Casi now likes to experiment with AI, so today he decided to use an app that uses artificial intelligence to create images. The generated artwork can sometimes look great with this app, but there are always pitfalls. First, what does the app do? Once you enter the prompt, it will be used to generate the image via AI. Sometimes the results look pretty mediocre, but sometimes you hit the ball out of the park.
You can even choose from a pool of images and modify them via AI if you want. Or upload a photo of yourself to his and do some outdoor activities. You can also generate prompts and select specific styles. You can even upscale these images to a suitable resolution and save them later or share the results directly with your friends.

Let’s get down to the bare minimum: If you use the app for free, you’ll have to put up with obscene amounts of advertising, including 30 seconds of video for editing before and after each image is generated. Some watermarks can only be removed in the paid version.
It’s fine for me if the price is fair, but in this case it’s pretty steep. There’s an asking price of $44.99 per year, with a weekly subscription of $5.99 if you want to use it for a short period of time, or $109.99. You can also pay a one-time fee for

Titan Quest Standard Edition (Android & iOS)
Dustin picked another exciting game for us this week. This time, Titan Quest is set to entertain you. Some of you may still know about this RPG as it is a port of a popular PC game. Unfortunately, many fans are still waiting today for a sequel that doesn’t yet exist.
- price: $0.99 (discount from $9.99) / advertisement: none / In-app purchases: yes / account: Cloud Storage Options

The goal of the game is to explore ancient Greece and save the world from the Titans who escaped from Tartarus. As a warrior of the gods, you must slay various beasts and stop the onslaught of demons. Not only can you collect a myriad of equipment to roam around, but you can also enhance your heroes with a relatively simple but decent skill system (which was avant-garde in the original game’s era).
The controls are also very simple, making it suitable even for newcomers to the genre. Now you can get the standard version of the game for 99 cents instead of the usual €9.99 for him on your favorite App Store.
Car Eats Car 5 – Battle Arena (Android & iOS)
My colleague MaTT is spending this weekend in the sunshine, devoting himself to a battle arena racing game that stands out for its cute 3D graphics and easy-to-understand gameplay. You sit in a sports car and perform his one task to destroy (eat) as many cars as possible.
Controls offer a joystick to steer your racing car on the left, while useful features like dynamite and turbo are on the right. The latter can easily overtake an opponent, while the former suppresses the desire to escape.
- price: free / advertisement: Yes (between games)/ In-app purchases: Yes ($0.49 to $39.99) / account : none

But the action goes beyond pure destruction. There’s also a mission to embark on in the fifth installment of the Car Eats Car series. My goal is? To save Beatley’s friends and the entire planet from a dangerous alien threat. To prepare for boss fights, you can visit the Garage anytime between races to see and install available upgrades.
Car Eats Car 5 – Battle Arena features a total of 10 racing cars and an infinite number of lovingly designed 3D battle arenas set in unique locations. Download racing games for Android or iOS smartphones for free today.
Picture Insect (Android & iOS)
If you regularly ask yourself, “What are you crawling for?” Then PictureInsect gives you the answer. Just take a picture of an insect with the app and in a matter of seconds you will know the name of that tiny creature. It also gives details on whether the insect is toxic to humans or pets, or whether it will attack clothing and food items in the near future.

Despite its seeming dissimilarity, the app is completely free to use.He just declines the 7 day trial period when he launches the app for the first time and every time he launches it in the top right corner[キャンセル]You can close the purchase dialog by clicking
This makes PictureInsect the WinRAR of insect detectors, or something close to it. By the way, there are somewhat similar apps for plants and fungi under the monikers “PictureThis” and “PictureMushroom.”
Which app did you like the most? Any other hot apps to recommend? We’d love to hear your recommendations in the comments!
