Earlier this year, AI Arena ran a campaign centered around social media influencers to entice 8,000 users to play their unique fighting game built on the Ethereum Layer 2 scaling network Arbitrum during pre-release, offering them the chance to win potential token rewards. And now those rewards are almost up for grabs.
Participants will be able to receive their tokens when they are listed on the central exchange on Monday, June 24th at 7am UTC. Coming in an hourAt the time of writing, it has not yet been announced which exchanges the token will be listed on.
AI Arena is a cartoon-style fighting game similar to Nintendo's Super Smash Bros., in which players control their characters using artificial intelligence (AI), which is what makes the game unique: instead of mashing buttons like other games in the fighting genre, players become the coaches of their fighters, working their way to victory through intensive AI-driven training.
In March, the final round of the play-to-play airdrop campaign “Gateway of the Arena” concluded. The contest sought to attract players while offering token rewards for playing pre-release games.
The 8,000 players who participated received a score based on the performance of the AI fighter. Yellow Panther and WaleDepending on the overall performance of their teams, players were rewarded with substantial airdrop multipliers.

Overall, AI Arena is committed to airdropping 80 million NRN tokens, half of which will come from drives from play to the airdrop, and the other half will be tied to “NRN Boxes,” reward boxes linked to community engagement.
