Wipro Ltd. has partnered with Hewlett Packard Enterprise to deploy generative artificial intelligence solutions within its Customer Experience Centre at the Kodathi office of Wipro Cloud Studio in Bengaluru.
The solution leverages Wipro's Smart Operations Platform and HPE's machine learning development environment to improve operational efficiency and customer experience for global enterprises.
According to Wipro, the solution aims to reduce the mean time to resolution for AI applications, reduce incident inflow, increase overall equipment effectiveness, and shorten process cycle times to drive operational improvements. The solution is designed to serve industries that rely on customer service, IT support and operations, including financial services, healthcare and manufacturing.

The solution offers organizations the flexibility to choose from a variety of large-scale language models depending on their business needs.
