Wipro launches on-premise GenAI solution in partnership with Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Wipro, a leading technology services and consulting company, has announced a strategic partnership with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to deploy GenAI solutions within its new Customer Experience Centres (CECs). Wipro Cloud Studio CodatiOffice will serve clients globally and the solution is powered by Wipro's Smart Operations Platform and HPE. Machine Learning Development environments that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Based on field-tested results, the solution is designed to reduce the mean time to resolution (MTTR) of GenAI applications by approximately 50%, reduce incident inflow by 30%, improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and reduce process cycle times to drive continuous operational excellence, benefiting industries that are heavily dependent on customer service, IT support, and operations, such as financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Moreover, this solution offers clients the flexibility to choose from a variety of options. Large-scale language models (LLM) can be chosen based on each company's unique business needs.
