Joining the artificial intelligence race, TikTok has begun testing a more robust search results page that uses generative AI technology to display snippets of top results related to a query at the top of the page. The Verge report.

TikTok's page explaining the new feature said the material is generated using ChatGPT and that TikTok will display content “when its algorithms determine it is relevant to a search.”
For example, when you type a query into the search bar, TikTok uses AI technology to display results related to it.
However, users have noted that this feature seems to be limited in that not every query has an AI answer.
