Verint Open Platform and Team of AI-Powered Bots Selected to Power CX Automation
Melville, New York, April 30, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Verint® (NASDAQ: VRNT)'s CX Automation Company™ today announced an eight-figure order from one of the world's largest retailers to enhance contact center customer experience (CX) automation. Verint was awarded the contract based on its ability to deliver artificial intelligence (AI) business outcomes with its differentiated open cloud platform and large team of AI-powered bots.

The retailer deploys Verint Open Platform in the cloud to power CX automation for several business units. The Verint platform is open and fits seamlessly into a retailer's existing ecosystem. Retailers leverage the platform to integrate behavioral data from many siled data sources into a Verint data hub to support a variety of AI and data initiatives. The deal includes the delivery of his four bots powered by Verint AI: Transcription Bot, Quality Bot, Data Insight Bot, and Data Redaction Bot.
The agreement is included in Verint's fiscal first quarter roadmap and is recorded as a 39-month bundled software-as-a-service (SaaS) reservation.
