Oracle on Wednesday introduced AI-powered generative capabilities within its Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solution to help companies improve HR productivity.
Supported by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)’s generative AI service, this new capability is embedded in existing HR processes to deliver increased business value, increased productivity, improved candidate and employee experience, Streamline your HR processes.

The move will help companies streamline their HR processes for candidates, employees, managers and recruiters.
“With new generative AI capabilities built into Oracle Cloud HCM, customers can leverage large-scale language models to significantly reduce the time required to complete tasks, improve employee experience, and improve employee insight. With Oracle Cloud HCM, customers use their own data to refine models for their specific business needs. Each customer’s dedicated generative AI model is only tuned based on the customer’s own data.
