This acquisition strengthens NTT Data’s position as a trusted partner that helps organizations move beyond experimentation and operationalize AI at scale. This acquisition further advances NTT Data’s enterprise AI strategy as demand for AI-driven cloud-native transformation accelerates. Once the acquisition closes, WinWire will add over 1,000 skilled Azure engineers and Microsoft specialists to NTT Data, bringing deep experience across Microsoft environments, including Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Foundry.
