Google has started rolling out a new feature to Google Photos called Video Remix that allows users to quickly edit videos using artificial intelligence. The tool is powered by Gemini Omni and can automatically enhance dark clips, change backgrounds, and apply stylized filters, reports Android Police.
Video Remix is a Google Photos[作成]It’s on the tab. This feature uses a library of templates to create short, “share-worthy” videos without the need for professional editing skills or extensive manual editing.
Key features of Video Remix include Cinematic Relighting, which automatically brightens dark or poorly lit videos. Background replacement. Replace plain or inappropriate backgrounds with stylized ones. Artistic filters with watercolor, sketchbook or oil painting effects.
This new feature builds on the Remix concept that Google added to Photos in December. It allows users to transform still images into 3D animation, anime, sketch, or comic style photos. The Create tab also already includes a Photo to Video tool that turns photos into short 4-6 second clips, and the ability to create a collage from six images.
Video Remix is rolling out to Google AI Plus, Pro, and Ultra users who are 18 and older. This feature is available in the United States, Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, and Turkey.
Ukraine is not yet on the list of launch countries. Google hasn’t announced when Video Remix will be available in other regions.
