Want to understand artificial intelligence? – Learn the basics with free online courses

We’ve created a free online course on our open DigiCampus learning platform to help you understand what artificial intelligence is and how it can impact your work. This course was developed as part of a project aimed at entrepreneurs, but is open to anyone and covers the fundamentals of AI. This course includes concrete everyday examples.

Courses available on the DigiCampus platform include: . The platform requires registration, after which you can access the courses through the links provided. The main course page opens in English, but some content is also available in Finnish, Swedish, and Norwegian. Modules can be completed at your own pace.

The material for this course was created by the University of Helsinki, MinnaLearn, Centria University of Applied Sciences, and the GENGREEN project. For example, the “Artificial Intelligence – Fundamentals” module is also part of the University of Helsinki’s free Open University courses and offers the opportunity to earn two ECTS credits.

This course package was created as part of the GENGREEN project, which aims to bridge small and medium-sized enterprises and gender gaps through education for green, sustainable and competitive growth. The project is funded by the European Union’s Interreg Aurora program.
