Duo accelerates B2B AI adoption and expects more than $100 million in revenue over next three years

As companies look for ways to leverage AI and create value from their investments, they are looking to apply AI as the missing link to enhance strategic business planning, commercial and marketing operations, and customer intelligence.

To address this gap, Lyzr, the category leader in enterprise AI agent infrastructure, and Prophet, a global strategy and creative company, today announced a three-year global partnership to deliver AI agents and operations to Prophet’s client suite, including the Fortune 500.

By combining go-to-market and solution models, our clients can envision, build, deploy, and optimize autonomous software systems within their organizations to enhance operations and unlock growth opportunities. Key areas explored by Lyzr and Prophet include organizing change management, aligning to growth goals, and developing new products and markets. The companies expect revenue of more than $100 million over three years.

“We design and deliver AI and human workflows that create measurable business growth, rather than tactical changes that result in one-time cost savings,” said Michael Dunn, Chairman and CEO of Prophet. “By combining strategic growth analysis with enterprise technology activation, we empower our clients to reimagine and seize opportunities faster and more powerfully.”

Specifically, Lyzr and Prophet will build a combined team of strategic and creative consultants and AI engineers to support a dedicated agent solutions service line. This team helps clients deploy practical and timely GenAI agents and platforms with a clear mission and technical flexibility to impact their business.

“By combining Lyzr’s agent infrastructure and technology resources with Prophet through our OEM model, enterprises can now run business management as a living, intelligent end-to-end system,” said Siva Surendira, founder and CEO of Lyzr. “Prophet brings judgment, skill, and a track record of helping clients carve new paths to revenue and market share in modern and unique ways. Together, we are charting a path for the rest of the market to follow.”

“The time has come for AI to cross the bridge between technical feasibility and business benefits,” said Chan Suh, senior partner and chief digital officer at Prophet. “We harness the power of AI to help our clients better serve them and create the growth impact they seek.”

This partnership marks Prophet’s latest move in AI development. Last fall, the company launched its AI Accelerator Network, which includes AI specialist companies such as Quilt.ai, Aaru, Consumr.ai, and Jasper as members. Lyzr is a founding member of the network and will integrate its core AgentBlock with MAIA, Prophet’s proprietary agent AI platform, providing clients with a unified dashboard and platform for agent ion and usage.
