Tuya Smart Announces 2020 Platform Data and Growth

The partnership brings together Tuya’s AI+IoT capabilities and Zeroth’s embodied intelligence expertise, transforming home robots from standalone task performers to intelligent, context-aware home companions.

Tuya Smart, a global AI cloud platform service provider, announced a partnership with Zeroth focused on embodied intelligence for consumers. The two companies will combine Tuya’s AI+IoT ecosystem and Zeroth’s robotics expertise to jointly develop robot-powered smart living scenarios, enabling home service robots to evolve from simple task performers to intelligent and adaptable household companions.

Once robots gain the ability to perceive their environment, actively collaborate, and continuously learn, they will become true members of your home working in conjunction with your smart devices, expanding the possibilities of smart living.

However, home service robots have long operated as isolated tools, unable to communicate with the broader smart home ecosystem. This lack of integration is a key bottleneck in developing next-generation smart living experiences. The partnership between Tuya Smart and Zeroth is designed to address this challenge head-on, allowing robots to be fully integrated into connected homes and act as “super mobile terminals” and “proactive household managers.”

Tight integration across the smart home ecosystem
