We will soon also be introducing the ability of Business AI to facilitate payments directly within WhatsApp chats using UPI. If there are more complex queries or specific needs that need to be addressed, business owners can take over the conversation from the AI agent. Business AI will be available to all eligible businesses in the WhatsApp Business app in the coming weeks.

When you enable Business AI for WhatsApp, you can immediately start supporting conversations with your customers by answering questions, recommending products, and sharing important business information based on what businesses have already added to their profile or catalog to help close sales.
Businesses can always maintain control. You can always respond directly to customers whenever you want, adjust how WhatsApp’s Business AI behaves, or turn off the feature entirely.
