1. Smaller ML models

This approach increases the reliability of the ML environment in real-world situations.
  • Establish a common ML environment. Understand the elements involved in developing, deploying, and managing ML. Standardize elements such as model registries, access and security controls, logging and reporting across business units. A standard approach makes it easy to deploy, maintain, optimize, and scale ML models in production.
  • Align your business management with ML capabilities. ML and AI systems only have value if businesses embrace and optimize their value. Shift management practices to align business strategy, operations, technology, and workflows with ML and AI systems.
