Businesses are increasingly looking for solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes, and AI-powered products accounted for 61% of software bookings in the fourth quarter. The number of enterprise customers with more than $1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) increased by 23%, and the company more than doubled its agent customer base, driven by forward-deployed engineers who translated AI pilots into large-scale deployments.

Corporate growth and market validation

Automation Anywhere’s growth reflects the company’s continued efforts to operationalize AI at scale. Residual performance operations (RPO) and ARR both increased by double-digit percentages year-over-year due to widespread implementation across the enterprise.

In healthcare, recent multi-million agreements for national health systems support AI-driven automation across patient data management, scheduling, and administrative workflows to improve cost efficiency while maintaining compliance in highly regulated environments.

The acquisition of Aisera expands the company’s ability to provide ready-to-use solutions for ITSM and customer support, enabling enterprises to resolve service requests and operational tasks autonomously while maintaining governance and compliance.

During the quarter, Automation Anywhere also announced a strategic partnership with OpenAI to combine Automation Anywhere’s unique data and insights into how work gets done with OpenAI’s latest inference models to power AI-driven solutions that execute complex business processes. These solutions can solve problems, make decisions, and take actions across systems in a managed environment.

World Economic Forum Leadership

The shift in focus from AI experimentation to real-world deployment at the World Economic Forum in Davos also confirmed the Automation Anywhere direction and prompted significant engagement from business and government leaders. As ICT Governor at the World Economic Forum, Mr. Shukla participated in and helped shape the dialogue on multiple WEF certification and official panels on the future of agent enterprises and intelligent operations. Automation Anywhere also works directly with global business and media leaders and has been reported in media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Axios, and Business Insider.

The company has strengthened its commitment to responsible AI adoption through ongoing reskilling efforts with the goal of training 2 million people by 2030. The program has already reached more than 650,000 learners through free and accessible education.

What’s next for enterprise AI adoption?

As enterprises deploy AI to perform business-critical functions, they are moving to a new operating model: the autonomous enterprise, where AI systems can run, adapt, and scale with people.

This change will be on stage at Imagine 2026, Automation Anywhere’s flagship user conference, in Dallas on May 19th and 20th.
