Samsung has released a new teaser video touting the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s camera upgrades, especially its low-light video performance. However, there is a trick. The clip showcasing the camera improvements was created with the help of AI tools. So is this actually real or just an AI-assisted visual?
Did Samsung just use AI to showcase the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s improved camera?

The teaser comes as Samsung continues to generate buzz ahead of its Galaxy Unpacked event on February 25, 2026, when the S26 lineup will be officially announced. Looking at the short video trailer, the brand showcases improved low-light video capture and enhanced zoom capabilities, positioning the Galaxy S26 Ultra as a significant step above the previous generation’s nightgraphy capabilities. The visuals emphasize bright, crisp footage shot in dimly lit environments, suggesting that the upcoming flagship’s camera system will deliver better results in difficult lighting.
This all sounds great until you read the disclaimer Samsung added at the end of the video. The South Korean tech giant said some or all of the content was generated using AI tools. This decision to use AI to promote the camera performance of its upcoming flagship is very strange. This has sparked a debate about how much what viewers are seeing actually reflects real-world performance.

With AI visuals, there’s no guarantee that real-world handheld footage will match the polish or clarity seen in the teaser. This could be how Samsung chose to save a real camera sample for the official launch event and use the eye-catching AI clips as early promotional material. But it also raises the question of how much trust consumers should have in what they’re being shown.
