1 – Personalized spam written by AI can quickly flood your inbox.
AI researcher John Licato reported on the next stage of spam that everyone with an inbox should be aware of. Every advance in AI seems to add complexity. AI has the ability to learn the intricacies of a person’s habits and preferences and use that information to create sophisticated clickable messages that lure them into spam traps. Researchers have investigated how artificial intelligence “understands” the cognitive processes involved in human language. 2 – Google makes it easier to find tools in Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Good news for Google Workspace users. Finding tools is much easier. Added a new tool finder tab for selecting Workspace apps. Instead of navigating through a series of tabs, the “enhanced tool finder” is a shortcut that allows users to quickly find the commands they use in her Google Docs, Sheets and Slides. 3- Yelp is announcing three new features to transform user experience and increase engagement.
Yelp, a business locator and source of customer reviews, has announced three new features to its platform. “Yelp Guaranteed” is a new program that reimburses customers who receive subpar home improvement assistance. The company guarantees a return of up to $2,500 if the home improvement project is not completed as expected. This is to maintain a roster of quality businesses that choose to participate in Yelp Guaranteed. Two of her other features are AI-supported advanced search and interactive videos that allow users to film feedback on specific facilities and services. (Source: Search Engine Land)

All of these changes are consumer-oriented and designed to make user reviews more accurate and trustworthy. Businesses, especially those operating on his Yelp, should be aware that consumers have more tools at their disposal to report poor service.
4 – Colorado becomes the first state to give farmers a “Right to Repair”.
Colorado is the first state to pass a “Right to Repair” law to help farmers struggling with equipment repairs. The law requires agricultural machinery manufacturers to make diagnostic tools, manuals, and other repair-related resources available to farmers and independent repair shops. 5 – The packaging robot market is projected to be worth $7.5 billion by 2032.
