Rohtak: A three-day National Faculty Development Program (FDP) themed ‘Next Generation Revenue Management and Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Hospitality’ was successfully concluded at Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Rohtak. While sharing this information, Vikas Deswal, lecturer at the institute, said that the program aims to strengthen academic understanding of emerging technologies and modern revenue management practices in hospitality education.On the third and final day of the program, Dr. Rachna Bharti conducted an inspiring session on wellness and discussed in detail the importance of physical and mental health for educators. This was followed by an important session on Artificial Intelligence (AI), validation and its practical application in hospitality education by Mr. Shambhunath Gautam, Principal, IHM Rohtak.On the occasion of the valedictorian’s event, a certificate awarding ceremony was held in the presence of Chef Ajay Sood and Chef Jai Kumar Bhasin. Both distinguished guests interacted with the attendees and encouraged them to continually update themselves with the latest technologies and trends in the hospitality industry.The program officially concluded with a vote of thanks by Program Coordinator Dr. Shweta Kumar, who thanked all the resource personnel, guests, participants and members of the organizing committee. National FDP further strengthened IHM Rohtak’s commitment to academic excellence, innovation and future-oriented hospitality education.
