Fullestop, a global digital transformation agency with a 24-year history of delivering high-impact technology solutions, has announced the official launch of its Agentic AI Solutions division. This new service line is designed to help global enterprises move from passive “generative AI” experimentation to active, autonomous “agent automation” that drives measurable operational efficiencies.

Generative AI excels at content creation, while Agentic AI focuses on intelligent action and goal achievement. Fullestop’s new division builds intelligent software entities designed to perceive the environment, reason through complex problems, and make decisions autonomously without continuous human oversight.

“Currently, the enterprise market is saturated with AI that can ‘talk’, but businesses are hungry for AI that can ‘do,'” said Rashit Baghda, director at Fullstop. “We are witnessing a shift from static chatbots to dynamic AI agents. Our new solutions go beyond summarizing data to actively manage the supply chain, enhance the customer experience across all digital assets, and autonomously resolve IT support tickets. This is the difference between AI that reports on problems and AI that actually solves problems.”

The Agentic AI Solutions division will focus on three core vertical applications:

Autonomous supply chain management: AI agents monitor logistics in real-time, predict disruptions, and autonomously reroute shipments to prevent delays.

Agentic AI custom website solutions: AI agents that leverage insights from social listening, proactive customer engagement, and proactive research to improve customer experiences ≥

IT and Workflow Automation: A “self-healing” IT infrastructure where agents autonomously resolve common support tickets such as permissions and software installations, significantly reducing human workload.

This launch builds on Fullstop’s established expertise in big data and machine learning. Fullestop has completed more than 7,000 projects for clients, including Fortune 500 projects, and continues to evolve its service offering to meet the demands of the “Industry 5.0” era.

“We are moving to a stage where AI is not just a tool, but a teammate,” Mehta added. “By integrating Agentic AI, our clients are seeing reduced operational delays and significant increases in productivity. This isn’t just the future of work, it’s the reality of 2026.”
