Selected candidates will provide detailed feedback, label data and curated content that will help Grok understand how the game works. They see Grok's attempts to create game content and modify it to refine it to ensure playability and fun. Work Responsibility

Skills and qualifications (required)
Applicants must have backgrounds in game design, computer science, or related fields and have practical experience in game development. A portfolio of past projects will enhance your application. Candidates should demonstrate their ability to evaluate the game from a gameplay and storytelling perspective. Experience in AI-assisted game development, indie studios, or playtesting is recommended. The strong personal history of playing video games is also considered a bonus.

Work setup and payment
The position is based in Palo Alto, California, with a five-day office schedule, but remote work is available. Remote employees need self-discipline and access to Chromebooks, Macs (Macos 11 or later), or Windows 10 computers, as well as trusted smartphones. Wyoming and Illinois applicants are unable to apply and Visa sponsorship is not offered.
Payment ranges from $45 to $100 per hour. Full-time roles may include medical benefits depending on the applicant's country, but part-time positions do not offer benefits.
