Robo.ai CEO Benjamin Zhai takes on the role of Rovtol's chairman, with Ewatt Aerospace's Chief Product Officer, Steven Wang, CEO.

The JV plans to establish an advanced EVTOL assembly facility in the UAE to promote local production and ensure rapid delivery.

Additionally, Rovtol will develop a global sales network under the brand, adapting existing products to local markets, particularly in the Middle East and Europe.

Ewatt Aerospace Chairman Len Wengan said:

Rovtol will focus on global sales of EVTOL aircraft starting with advanced models such as ET1, ET2, ET3 and ET9, designed to meet a variety of operational requirements.

The ET1 aircraft has completely autonomous control capabilities, making it suitable for rapid deployment in a variety of scenarios.

The ET2 aircraft is a two-seat light model designed for tasks such as low-altitude tourism and emergency rescue.

The ET3-E aircraft is an all-electric version for sectors such as surveying and public safety, and the ET3-H is a lithium hydrogen hybrid model designed for high-frequency operation.

ET9 Electric Passenger Aircraft offers a point-to-point mobility solution targeting urban air mobility and emergency rescue applications.

Additionally, a derivative model based on the ET9 platform supports unmanned operations and logistics.

Rovtol Chairman and CEO of Robo.ai said: “We are confident in leveraging the technical strength of our ET series and global sales network to establish Rovtol as a major player in the Global Evtol market.

“At the same time, we will promote the synergistic implementation of 'smart mobility, smart devices and smart contracts', contributing to the vision of becoming Dubai's global smart city. ”
