How many of these companies use Agent Force? How many people pay you to Agent Force and how do these agents use it?

We currently have over 12,000 Agent Force customers, which has grown from scratch nine months ago. So it's a product that's growing very rapidly. Our data cloud and agents have already made revenue of around $1.2 billion. It is our company's triple girders grower. This idea is that we have an application layer, we have a data layer or an AI data layer, and we have an agent layer. These three things are how we change our company and our customers. Here is another example.

In sales, we didn't call back among the 2 billion to 100 million customers who contacted us in the last 26 years, which is truly amazing. But now there are new agent sellers who will act as part of the sales cloud. That turns into agent sales. So now everyone is called back. It also has partnerships with 15,000 sales representatives. So it's very powerful.

Have these agents started to replace the people in the companies that use them?

Well, I said that even customer service knows we don't have 60-8,000 customer support agents anymore. We've reduced to about 4,000.

On Salesforce.

On Salesforce. And we actually remake that head count into sales. Currently, we have around 3-4,000 sales representatives. And we're re-adjusting our head numbers. And that has changed since the last time I met you, so please tell me how I think about this. We can build technology in Salesforce to create these agent enterprises in sales and services in a variety of areas, and move on to more examples.

But we are also best practices. I'm going to rebuild my company. Based on the number of people I support, the number of people I'm selling, the number of marketing, the number of field services and finance, and the technology I'm building, all of these areas change what they can show their customers. So we saw record cash flow for $15 billion this year. It's pretty incredible what will happen to Salesforce.

So, more income, less. This is like a moment in the Holy Grail.

01:57 Speaker b

Well, it's not necessarily a few people. We actually have more people than we started the year, but certain functions are reshape and rebalanced. You will be able to shift and move things around. It's exciting for CEOs. You don't need to think, oh, I only need to have so many people in this one cost function. You know, you can shift things based on using technology, which means you can create a more dynamic company.
