nvidia After becoming the first company to cross that threshold, it is now the only $4 trillion stock in the world. As Megacap stocks continue to drive the market higher, it's only natural to wonder who will ultimately emerge as the first $5 trillion company.
Currently, it ranks fourth among the world's largest companies with a market capitalization of $2.8 trillion. alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOG)(NASDAQ: Google) If you can gain respect from investors, it could be your first $5 trillion. The alphabet is currently the most underrated “magnificent seven” stocks, and can easily be rated in the next few years.
Here's why investors of all types should be exposed to this tech industry stubborn person:

At the start of the AI weapons race, it was common to see headlines declaring Alphabet as a company like Openai and other things to be found behind the curve. Microsoft He led the way. But today the alphabet has Gemini, one of the main generator AI models.
Another concern for shareholders is that Google Search, the leading revenue driver for Alphabet, is disrupted by the AI generated. Despite the growth of the AI platform, Google Search continues to be the leading search engine, with revenues actually rising 12% in the second quarter. This success was supported by Google's integration of AI search overview despite the headwinds. This feature provides a generative AI-driven summary at the top of the search results, bridging the gap between traditional Google search and the full generated AI experience.
But that's not the only way to benefit from AI.
One of Alphabet's fastest growing segments is Google Cloud, the Cloud Computing Division. Cloud computing companies are currently having huge success as many industries run AI workloads in the cloud. It's more cost-effective to rent computing power from a provider like Google Cloud than to build a large data center just for internal use. As a result, Google Cloud has been established as Openai (the creator of ChatGpt) and its competitors. Meta Platform.
In the second quarter, Google Cloud revenue rose 32% year-on-year to $13.6 billion, with operating profit margin improving from 11% to 21%. There are still ways to go to become a more important part of the Alphabet business, but it could become a significant contributor due to forecasts that will see rapid growth rates and demand for cloud computing continue to increase by 2030.
Despite Alphabet's success, I still believe the stock is undervalued and, coupled with its growth, will lead the company to become a $5 trillion company.
At a market capitalization of $2.8 trillion, Alphabet stocks should increase by about 80% over the next five years to reach $5 trillion. There are several ways the alphabet can accomplish this.
First, the assessment may become more consistent with your peers. Currently, the alphabet is trading at 21.5 times the advance revenue.
Data by ycharts.
This is much cheaper than your peers who trade at double the ratings of their 20s and 30s. It is also cheaper than the broad market measured S&P 500this trades with 24x advance revenue. This is despite strong revenue growth as Alphabet's diluted earnings per share (EPS) rose 22% year-on-year from the previous quarter.
If Alphabet can increase its revenue at a 15% pace over the next five years and increase its valuation to 25 times its progressive revenue, the stock could more than double its current level and reach its $6 trillion market capitalization.
This leaves a significant amount of wiggling room for the alphabet to become a winning stock pick for the rest of the decade. Alphabet is one of the best purchases at the moment, and investors should consider loading stocks while still trading at a discounted price.
Consider this before purchasing stock in the alphabet.
