Role explanation and responsibility
Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks is located in Waltham and aims to hire machine learning software engineers who will work with other teams to develop new, cutting-edge, innovative technologies in the field of machine learning for the Solidworks family of products.
Specifically, this person will work on designing and developing architectures for AI and ML applications. He/she applies ML knowledge to CAD issues to develop future innovative product and design workflow ideas.
Qualifications
- MS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields with 1-3 years of experience. PhD is preferred.
- Deep knowledge and strong interest in a wide range of technologies in the fields of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Previous experience in designing architectures for machine learning and artificial intelligence applications is desirable.
- Excellent understanding of design, CAD, machine learning and simulation technology
- Strong background and proficiency in mathematics
- Latest Technology Development Skills Plus – Client Server, Web Architecture, Cloud Computing, and more.
- Software development experiences in one or more programming languages: C, C++, JavaScript, Python, R, Matlab
- Ability and desire to self-teach new software technology
- Ability to work independently and/or within a joint team structure
- A highly motivated, positive and voluntary individual with high levels of enthusiasm, coaching and instructions in daily tasks and tasks
- Highly organized with critical attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English

Payroll Pay Transport
Role compensation is commensurate with experience. The expected coverage ranges between $114,743 and $174,000, representing base salary (or annual salary based on estimated hourly wages) and target bonuses.
