Global Technology Group E& has launched applications for the Signature AI Graduate Program in the UAE. This has made 100 new roles available to Emirati University alumni. The 12-month initiative, which began the 2025 cycle, aims to equip young UAE Nationals with the digital, technical and leadership skills needed to shape the country's future economy.
Now in its fourth year, AI's graduate program has hired and trained more than 284 graduates since 2021, celebrating the graduation of 25 new graduates recently. Its growing impact reflects the focus of E&'s focus on national talent development, diversity and future forecasts in line with the UAE's ambitions for a knowledge-based, innovation-driven economy.
From AI and machine learning to cybersecurity, product development, HR and business strategy, the program combines real-world projects across multiple departments of E& with immersive, hands-on experience. It also includes mentoring, personalized development planning, and training in leadership and emotional intelligence. Many alumni secure full-time roles in impactful areas such as AI, sustainability, finance, sales, consumer services and telecom engineering.
The programme is the basis of E&'s broader Prime Minister's strategy to support its national goal of achieving 60% Emirati representatives by 2030. In 2024, 62% of those hired through the program were women, with female participation rates of 81% since launch.
