Based on one of Europe's largest technical repair centres, Curry's Engineers can now discover problems ahead of time as each Vyn® SmartVideOnote improves its first-time fix rate, streamlines workflows, and reduces the carbon footprint generated by unnecessary call-out visits.
Conveniently, Curry's customers can now use video to easily view and explain issues with high-tech products. After initially speaking with the contact centre, the customer receives text linking to the Curry's Vyn® report, is asked to record the issue, and takes a photo of the product's serial number. Once a customer submits a report, the Vyn® Agent AI Tool automatically summarises the key issues and shares them with Curry's expert repair technicians.
This is a lucrative solution for both curry and its customers. Not only does it save time, it also digitizes the product's serial number from the photos to ensure that the correct part is identified more than the repair required.
It's a new release, and further supports Curries' mission to give technology a long lifespan. This partnership shows that retailers' AI strategies are active, implementing practical and influential use of AI to support customers, colleagues and planets. The announcement follows the launch of Curries, a new colleague-led innovation platform powered by AI, The Pitch, last week.
Initially, it focuses on efficient white products and TV repair services, falls under Curry's warranty and optional care packages, extending coverage beyond the initial warranty period.
