I remember vividly when I first met Matt Grason, the founder of Level Up Video.
It all began at the Harbor Entrepreneurs Center when visiting one of our clients. I came across Frank Wells, the founder of Holy City Med, sitting in an area of the center designed to create networking conversations. That's exactly what happened when Frank found me. It looked like an old Home Week. We hadn't seen each other in a while so it took a few minutes to catch up. After a bit of conversation, he introduced me to the mat sitting next to him.
Following the brief introduction, I greeted Matt just before Stanfield Gray passed by and became part of our conversation. Frank asked if he knew Stanfield, founder and CEO of Dig South Tech Summit. I said that for many years, Mount Pleasant Magazine told Frank that he had published an article about Dig South. Stanfield and I started chatting and I congratulated him and told him it was great to see how Dig South has grown. Stanfield had to leave afterwards as he was working on the upcoming Dig South, so I was leaving for my next appointment.
When Stanfield left I was ready to go too, but before I could I wanted to know Matt and ask what he had done. He said the development of AI. I told him about some of the AI ideas I had and we had a engaging conversation thanks to Frank. What happened next was fun and extraordinary.

As soon as we met, Matt reached out to us and set up a reservation. Together, our time developed an AI clone of a real estate agent. He can now introduce new lists using AI clones when walking and discussing these houses. Essentially, they let the clones do all the work. Soon, we will clone mortgage bankers, builders, designers and more.
