Adobe Firefly continues to evolve rapidly with a wave of fresh updates aimed at enhancing video capabilities. Since its major redesign in April, Adobe has been actively rolling out new features.
The latest updates provide powerful tools for content creators, including sound effects generation and deeper video customization options.
These improvements strengthen Adobe's commitment to growing fireflies as a competitive hub for generation AI tools in visual media.

Sound effects with a personal touch
One outstanding feature of this update is the ability to generate sound effects based on user prompts and recorded queues.
The user describes sounds such as zippers, and creates sounds in their own right. This helps Adobe models understand the desired timing and volume.
During the demo, Adobe employees explained and ran the zipper sound. The tool was faithfully reproduced with the correct timing and strength. The Timeline Editor at the bottom of the interface allows you to accurately place audio into the video.
