WWE's Zoey Stark praises AI video but shoots down retirement rumors

Last month, Zoey Stark was removed from the “WWE Raw” triple threat match after an attempted springboard missile dropkick was suspected of causing a knee injury. Stark's video then “announced” her retirement, sending several fans and her own family to deeper concerns about her health. However, as many fans later recognized, the footage was made from artificial intelligence. Real Zoey Stark then responded to X's video, clarifying the claims made in it.

“It's actually pretty funny. This AI video has done a great job for everyone,” Stark said after seeing the aforementioned AI footage. “You did a great job because many people, including your own family, have fallen. That's not true. I won't be resigning immediately. In fact, I rehabilitate my knees three or four times and work four times a day in physical therapy.

Following the horrifying location of “Raw”, Stark confirmed that he had undergone surgery to correct his ACL, MCL, and meniscus at Rothman Orthopedic Surgery in Orlando. Recent reports show that Stark is believed to be underacted for the rest of 2025 and for the past 42 WWE WrestleMania seasons.

The former WWE NXT women's tag team champion previously suffered from a break in the ACL and Meniscus in late 2021. In this case, Stark worked as a behind-the-scenes “NXT” producer during his rehabilitation.
