Keystone Property Finance has launched “standard” AI software to speed up the case application process for brokers.
In-house developed exclusively for Keystone, this software allows brokers to upload up to 50 documents to the broker portal. In this portal, the system automatically labels and classifies it in seconds.
“We've been working hard to get the most out of our business,” said Elise Coole, Managing Director, Keystone Property Finance. “This AI-powered software reflects Keystone's advanced approach to supporting the broker community through efforts to facilitate a more efficient case application process.”
Cool also argued that by embracing the power of this “innovative” technology, lenders can achieve this with the aim of saving brokers' time when placing cases.
She argued that this would help them improve productivity and allow them to reach a quick, positive outcome for their landlord's clients.
Keystone added that software utilizes AI to quickly identify data from documents and labels accordingly, minimizing the risk of errors.
All major formats of documents, including PDF, Word, Excel, JPEG, and more, as well as identification, revenue proof, tenant agreements, and valuation reports, are all AI-compatible.
This software is available to all registered brokers who can repeat the upload process as often as necessary for each case.
