Experts attending a workshop on AI solutions for enterprises held at Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) on June 28 agreed that although many AI solutions have been developed by Vietnamese tech companies in various fields, only a few have been put into practical use.

Edux CEO Luu The Hung noted that many people believe that the introduction of AI will cause workers to be fired, but it can help boost sales and increase income by improving productivity.
