This ensured that the two power supplies would track each other within a predefined margin when a system level shift in operating voltage was made to meet the required performance targets. This meant that the use of power-hungry level shifters in the SRAM was avoided, thereby further optimizing power consumption.

For another edge AI customer, the PowerMiser Plus architecture has been optimized to provide an ultra-low voltage, single-port solution that takes advantage of the low voltage profile of foundry high current bit cells. While operating at a nominal 0.6V and providing a worst case of 400MHz, the memory is characterized to operate at 0.5V, significantly extending battery life.
