The company announced Thursday that it has completed the first phase of its transformation. As part of the first phase of the transformation, the airline has revamped its international and domestic menus, as well as introduced premium economy seats for the first time on some long-haul routes.
Air India has revealed that it is investing a whopping $200 million in new IT and has committed to invest $400 million to fully retrofit its existing aircraft.
