Maum AI pledges to expand its business with language models

Maum AI, which recently changed its name from Minds Lab, aims to expand its artificial intelligence (AI) business in South Korea with a large language model similar to ChatGPT, said Yoo, CEO of Maum AI. Tae-joon is Wednesday, Seoul.
The event showcased the company’s vision and service platform to investors, researchers, media and the general public. “The move is aimed at making the company a leap forward as his AI platform company,” Yoo said.
The company said it offers three AI services: an AI engine-based learning service, an AI model-based inference service, and a chatbot service that the company calls “AI Humans,” which can communicate smoothly with customers.
By providing AI services that have learned specialized fields, customers in various fields can create new AI services by combining the Maum AI platform with their businesses.
“The ChatGPT service has become a hot topic all over the world and is disrupting the fabric of entire industries,” said Yoo. “The service has its strengths, but there are also parts where you need to make sure the information you provide is accurate. Our AI service enhances learning in specific industries and ensures more expertise.” ”
“For AI humans, we provide AI human services that apply large-scale language models such as ChatGPT.”
AI engines allow customers to interact with different types of chatbots, such as AI customer counselors, AI security guards, and AI stenographers.
During the conference, the company also introduced an AI service creation platform called maum.ai 2.0. By using this platform, customers can freely combine various AI engines.
“Last year, we were selected by the government as one of three AI language model providers. ,” said the CEO.
The company’s AI engine specializes in learning information related to South Korea, Yoo added, making the company’s AI service a better option for Korean customers.
