Expanding AI adoption beyond development teams

Hunet announced on April 29 that it is accelerating its artificial intelligence transformation (AX) strategy, which includes business processes, organizational culture, and education systems.

At Hunet, various departments are simultaneously working on business automation projects using AI. The company is leading efforts to promote company-wide operational reforms by analyzing workflows for each job and applying AI tailored to the characteristics of each job. Additionally, for non-development teams, we assign developers as coordinators to support the development of AI agents optimized for actual work.

The organizational culture is also being rebuilt around AX. Our team of AI Explorers, a group of agents representing a variety of job functions, plays a key role in proactively deploying and validating AI tools and disseminating use cases across the organization. Additionally, we currently have seven AI learning groups active within the company. As employees experiment with AX, they independently develop AI tools that they can use directly in their work, from news clipping to company-wide AI agents to educational collaboration tools.

Investment in AI education is also being stepped up. In addition to inviting outside experts to give special lectures, we also provide extensive experiential training. In particular, the practical training program “Vibecoding” is designed to allow in-house employees to serve as instructors and create AI agents tailored to their own business needs.
