The collector said AI Claude is described as a next-generation AI assistant designed to be secure and accurate, and can be used to prepare presentations, analyze data in Excel sheets, and create reports within minutes. He encouraged employees and officials to familiarize themselves with the tool.

Citing an example, he said that if data on paddy procurement for the past five years is uploaded to the system, details of pending custom milling from rice millers can be generated within seconds. Tasks that normally take two to three hours can be completed in minutes, he said, adding that such tools will help monitor the implementation of government plans and assess the performance of departments.

He also said departments can use AI-based tools to develop mobile applications tailored to their needs. Officials have been directed to initiate steps to integrate AI in their respective departments. The Collector has directed the two departments to give presentations next week on how they are leveraging AI in their offices. He emphasized that the effective use of AI will enhance the delivery of government services to the people.
