“Stop wanting to see it.”

AI Video & Visuals

Zelda Williams is asking people to stop sending videos generated to their late father, Robin Williams' AI.

As AI becomes more mainstream, AI-generated videos of late celebrities have been trending on social media platforms over the past few weeks. A viral video of Robin Williams has been shared with her daughter who recently posted on Instagram saying she didn't want to see it.

“Send me a dad's AI video. Stop believing I want to see it or I want to understand, I won't,” Zelda posted on her Instagram Story. “If you are trying to fool me, I see something worse, I will limit and move on. But if you have any decency, stop this to him and me, even to everyone, it's stupid, a waste of time and energy, not what he wanted.”

Michael Jackson's AI-generated video is circulating on social media along with videos of other legendary actors and singers who have passed away. Zelda discovered that content was being generated using AI's “gloss” and “madden.”

“To see the legacy of real people, “it's just this vaguely visible and sounding thing, so that's it,” we can drive them away so that others can drive away the scary Tiktok slops,” Zelda continued. “You're not making art, you're making disgusting, over-processed hot dogs from human life, the history of art and music.

In her second Instagram Story post, Zelda added: “And stop calling it the 'future' for all love. AI is recycled and refluxing the past you are re-engraved.
